Walrus is a New-Age Fintech company with a vision to give Financial literacy to Gen-Z with their Debit Card & UPI Access.

Objective & Challenges:

The brand was in need to spread the word out online about the services offered by the brand and also get App Installations & KYC Registrations from Age Group of 13-19.

Our Solution:

  • Since we had a specific Age Group to target, we chose to reinforce brand awareness through Facebook to reach, engage & target potential customers.
  • We then ran a Manual App Installation campaign to increase the user base and optimized each set for KYC registration which was the ultimate objective of the campaign
  • We also started with Interest-based audience clusters initially & scaled the campaigns with other Lookalike audiences.


  • Within a month, we were able to achieve 10K+ app installations with a 46% KYC Conversion Rate.
  • We also managed to bring down the overall CPA (cost per acquisition) to 35% by leveraging various audience types and creative communication strategically aligned.
